carbon brushes is down

Turn off the washing machine
press start buttton and hold it
now turn it it on with one click to right
now let off the start button and the program is resetet
but u must repair the next time the carbon brushes

Hi There,

Could you please write it in english also? Ich verstehe nicht was sie schreiben has (?!?) Its been 18 years since I had deutch in der Schule. ;o)

Ich kann nicht finde mein Bedienungsanleitung und mein washmaschine shows the fehlercode C9.

Vielen Dank für den Hinweis.
In der Bedeiungsanleitung steht natürlich nichts.
Zumindest sind wir die Fehlermeldung los und können esrstmal weiter waschen.
